1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Waybill Global Logistics. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Where we carry freight for you, that work is governed by the separate contract and conditions of carriage agreed with you, and those conditions take precedence over anything on this page.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services, to track a shipment and to contact us. No account or registration is needed for any of it.

You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain access to areas or records you are not entitled to see.

3. Shipment tracking

Tracking information is provided so that you can follow the progress of a consignment. It is updated as a shipment moves through our network and through those of the carriers we work with.

We take care to keep tracking records accurate, but they reflect the last update recorded rather than a live position. On long legs of a journey there may be a gap between updates. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

Tracking information is provided for guidance. It does not form part of any contract of carriage and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a commercial decision. If you need confirmed information about a shipment, please contact us directly.

4. Tracking numbers

Anyone holding a valid tracking number can view the tracking record it relates to, which is why we deliberately limit what that record shows. Please treat your tracking number as you would any other reference to a private transaction and share it only with people who need it.

5. Accuracy of information on this site

We take care that the information on this website is correct and current. Even so, service descriptions, coverage and indicative figures are provided for general information and may change without notice. They do not constitute an offer or a quotation.

A binding quotation is one we give you directly in writing for a specific shipment.

6. Acceptable use

When using this website you agree not to do any of the following.

• Submit false, misleading or abusive content through our contact form
• Attempt to guess, enumerate or harvest tracking numbers belonging to others
• Use automated tools to place unreasonable load on the site
• Copy, reproduce or republish the content of this site without our permission
• Introduce malicious code, or attempt to probe or breach the security of the site

7. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logo and layout of this website belong to Waybill Global Logistics or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with our services. Any other use requires our written consent.

Carrier, forwarder and airline names appearing on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are named to describe the networks through which we move freight, and their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or any other formal association.

8. Availability of the site

We aim to keep this website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, for repairs, or for reasons outside our control.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on tracking information shown on it. Liability relating to the carriage of goods is dealt with in the conditions of carriage that apply to your shipment.

Where this site links to a website operated by someone else, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it was last changed is shown at the top.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the country in which Waybill Global Logistics is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction.
